I’m Zig, 22 years old, and I love ‘social media-ing’ all of my activities. It was a running joke between my friends and I that I should become a fitness blogger because all I do is instagram my food and my workouts! I love cooking and trying out new recipes – a lot of the time they fail, and this blog is going to showcase my skills or lack thereof!I love trying new things, but I mainly do CrossFit and Pole Dancing. I dabble in the Aerial Arts like Aerial Silks, Static Trapeze and Aerial Hoop. At the end of the day, its a journey, and we all didn’t start off being great at everything.

A blog, I feel, holds great therapeutic value for myself, and hopefully, someone else out there reading these entries will identify with me or get something out of them. If you’d like to ask me any questions, please don’t hesitate to do so!
